Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking a Trader’s Assistant intern for a 6-month placement starting in October 2026. You will support traders with daily operations on equity products and contribute to valuation and data-driven decision support.

You should be a Bac+4/5 student specializing in market finance, fluent in English, with solid knowledge of capital markets, Excel and Python, and an interest in trading room dynamics.

Qualifications

• As a Bac+4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in market finance.
• You have a good understanding of capital markets, including stocks and delta one products.
• You have previous experience in the trading room, which is an asset.
• You are proficient in financial mathematics and have in-depth and operational knowledge of Excel and Python (knowledge of trading floor software is a plus).
• You are dynamic and integrated with great attention to detail and a risk-management mindset.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist traders on a daily basis with trading operations on equity products (new operations, delta, rebalancing, substitution...).
• Participate in the valuation of operations with funds.
• Develop decision support tools.
