• Gathering and analysing industry data to develop an industry vision; updating and building financial models on the companies in the Healthcare Sector.
• Analysing emerging trends impacting the healthcare sector or macroeconomy, writing investment notes and help in presenting the team's investment opinions to a sophisticated client base.
• Conducting financial, statistical and industry analysis on companies and the industry to support the team's investment theses.
• Learning about specific industries in the Healthcare area

The IRIS Research Team works on identifying latest trends, gain relevant and investable insights, and works across public and private markets, including issuing stock recommendations on listed European companies.

As an intern at Stifel, your role would notably involve:

• Gathering and analysing industry data to develop an industry vision; updating and building financial models on the companies in the Healthcare Sector.
• Analysing emerging trends impacting the healthcare sector or macroeconomy, writing investment notes and help in presenting the team's investment opinions to a sophisticated client base.
• Conducting financial, statistical and industry analysis on companies and the industry to support the team's investment theses
• Learning about specific industries in the Healthcare area

Skills Required

• We are looking for a curious and motivated individual with first experience in finance or banking (e.g. completed internship).
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is an essential requirement.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team, in a fast paced, quickly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record, ideally studying business, economics, finance or a related field, from a recognised university or business school.
• As well as having strong financial expertise, the successful candidate should have excellent, written and verbal skills as well as a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
