Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Listing Execution Intern to join the Equity Admission team in the PMCS department based in Paris, starting January 2027. You will gain first-hand experience in the processes involved in bringing companies to the financial markets and report to the Head of Equity Listing Execution.

Qualifications

• final or penultimate year of a business school or university programme with strong academic credentials
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
• good understanding of equity capital markets (ECM) and an interest in financial markets and listing transactions
• strong analytical, research and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
• proactive, organised and results‑oriented with ability to work independently
• collaborative mindset and experience working in an international team
• fluent in French and English; other Euronext languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support issuer discussions and meetings: assist in preparation and follow-up of meetings with potential listings
• Review admission applications: assess initial admission documents, analyse business models and transaction structures
• Coordinate transaction execution: monitor progress and coordinate with internal and external parties
• Produce analytical materials: prepare summaries, project reports and presentations
• Support cross-market initiatives: participate in projects to streamline admission procedures across markets
