Job summary

Euronext Paris SA is seeking an Equity Admission Intern to join the Equity Admission team within the PMCS department in Paris. You will contribute to admission projects from initial discussions with issuers to transaction completion, gaining exposure to IPOs, direct listings and private placements.

Your profile includes being a final or penultimate year student in business or law, a Master’s in Economics, Finance, or Law, and a strong understanding of ECM.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year student from a business school or law university with strong academic credentials.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
• Rigorous, autonomous, and results-oriented, with a strong team spirit.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in other Euronext languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Participating in client meetings: Prepare for and attend kick-off meetings with senior management teams of companies considering a listing on Euronext markets.
• Analysing admission applications: Assess companies applying for the initial admission of equity securities, under the supervision of Equity Admission Managers.
• Managing admission projects: Contribute to the coordination and monitoring of admission projects, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and presentations: Draft project updates, analytical reports and presentations for management.
• Contributing to process improvement: Support initiatives aimed at improving admission processes and promoting consistency across Euronext markets.
