Job summary

Hager Group in Obernai offers a 6-month internship in EPR & Circularity Strategy. You will join the Group Environmental Sustainability team and collaborate across European markets under a dedicated mentor.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students in environmental engineering or related fields, fluent in English and German, with strong analytical and data skills, and a proactive mindset. The program includes onboarding and benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree program relevant to sustainability and engineering.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; turning data into insights.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand how EPR systems operate across Hager’s European markets.
• Analyze evolving EPR frameworks for circular economy opportunities.
• Identify trends and partnerships for product take-back and circular value chains.
• Contribute to strategic recommendations for future circular initiatives.
