Based in Madison, Wisconsin, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your transportation design expertise. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing urban and rural roadway and highway designs using both Bentley and Autodesk design software.
  • Developing plans, preparing technical specifications, developing quantities and estimates, completing peer reviews, and compiling design documentation.
  • Coordinating with design discipline leads.
  • Promoting Jacobs quality control practices through all phases of design and plans production.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation focus).
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
