We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Entry-level Civil Design Engineer to serve a varied client base and help expand our Land Development Practice in our Dayton, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of progressive experience and possess the professional and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on our firm and the clients we serve. The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, have a passion for and take pride in their work, be a creative thinker, and have a willingness to collaborate while having the ability to work independently.
Annual Compensation: $70,000-80,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.
