Publicis Sapient in Paris seeks a Senior Principal (Data Strategist) to define and implement enterprise-wide data strategies that drive transformation, governance, and architecture aligned with business goals.

You will partner with executive leadership, clients, and tech teams to create data-driven roadmaps, lead AI initiatives, and grow data platforms while shaping industry-leading thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong data and AI knowledge to translate requirements into learning agendas and strategies.
• Experience in at least one industry (retail, financial services, healthcare, media, manufacturing).
• Knowledge of data and AI capabilities, data types, sources, partners, and data quality.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Architect innovative data and AI strategies and integration plans.
• Foster a culture of learning in data and AI tools and partners.
• Ownership-driven with the ability to lead teams and client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead data- and AI-driven program execution across teams and client leads.
• Provide strategic direction on data- and AI-driven thought leadership.
• Embed new data-driven approaches and case studies.
• Contribute to new business pitches and prototyping work.
• Grow use of data and AI platforms in use cases and business initiatives.
• Support design and implementation of data-driven use cases.
• Act as data and AI SME, ensuring architecture fits and optimizations.
• Communicate data and AI strategy needs into broader partnership strategy.
