Pierre & Vacances–Center Parcs Group (PVCP) seeks a senior architecture leader to drive application architecture across domains, curate patterns, and govern cross-system coherence. You will shape risk prioritisation and AI integration strategies in collaboration with the Group CTO.

The role focuses on hands-on advisory work, architecture reviews, and developing a mature technical governance culture across IT departments to support multi-year investment and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in application architecture and cross-domain coherence.
• Ability to inventory and prioritise architectural risks and technical debt.
• Knowledge of AI integration patterns at the application level.
• Experience running architecture governance and advisory forums.
• Hands-on advisory style with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain application architecture standards across domains.
• Lead cross-domain design consultations and ensure coherent integration patterns.
• Inventory the existing portfolio and prioritise architectural risks for the roadmap.
• Provide AI architecture guidance and security baselines for AI artefacts.
• Convene and lead architecture reviews within the governance model.
