As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will own production readiness for top-tier customers and become their technical advisor after go-live, ensuring adoption, success, and growth across a global, hybrid environment.

You'll work with a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding architecture, driving value, and coordinating with product and engineering to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience as TAM or post-sales role in a SaaS or infrastructure vendor.
• Strong knowledge of API security and IAM concepts.
• Proven enterprise account management with trusted advisory capabilities.
• Excellent ability to communicate with executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers to production in under six months with architecture guidance.
• Manage a tiered portfolio, prioritize high-value accounts, and route work to the right teams.
• Lead QBRs, release briefings, and technical roadmaps to drive ROI and value realization.
• Identify expansion signals early and support retention across the book of accounts.
• Advocate for customers inside Product/Engineering with measurable business impact.
• Contribute demos, architecture designs, and enablement content to the wider team.
