Key accountabilities

You will be responsible for the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical installations (water; electricity; air conditioning, compressed air, refrigeration network, pool treatment, joinery, painting), in compliance with legal and regulatory standards and Group instructions and procedures.

• Train, motivate, supervise, advise and develop department members,
• Lead, organize, coordinate, manage and control the maintenance activity and team in order to optimize results.
• Interact with all team members to guarantee customers the service expected of a luxury establishment,
• Monitor technical team activities, update systems, check staff punctuality and appearance,
• Perfect technical knowledge in an area of expertise.

Profile required

• Higher education in a technical field (electrical engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.),
• 5 years' professional experience in a similar field,
• Practical and theoretical skills: refrigeration, air conditioning, building pathology, water treatment,
• Sense of detail and aesthetics, quest for perfection,
• Ability to control a budget, implement an energy-saving policy and manage resources,
• Knowledge and use of IT tools,
• Proven team management skills,
• Strong customer orientation, availability, dynamism, responsiveness, diagnostic skills, autonomy, rigor and method,
• Fluency in English.
