Job summary

IXO Inc. seeks an experienced technical educator or problem-poser to author and review engineering problems across aerodynamics, materials, CAD/mechanical design, circuits and related domains.

You will assess answers for correctness and relevance, and examine real design or failure cases while proposing clear revisions. Ideal candidates hold an MS/PhD or substantial industry experience (8+ years in some domains, 5+ in CAD/mechanical design) and have hands-on expertise, problem-authoring

• Excellent English and the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly.
• 5+ years CAD/mechanical design or 8+ years in aerodynamics, circuits or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in the relevant technical domain.
• Problem-authoring experience via exams/standards/competition contributions.

Required background

• Professional English and the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly.

Preferred background

• A relevant MS/PhD or substantial industry experience: 8• years for aerodynamics, circuits or mechanical engineering, or 5• years for CAD/mechanical design.
• At least five years of hands‑on work in the relevant technical domain.
• Problem-authoring experience through exam/olympiad committees, qualifying exams, standards or technical competitions.
• Recognized publications, patents, awards, competition results or committee service.
• Relevant CAD, CFD/FEA, EDA or laboratory‑tool knowledge.
• Independent remote delivery.
