Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in people and project management, ideally in a distributed environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow a high-performing engineering team of backend and web engineers.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Drive technical excellence and psychological safety across the team.
• Own and evolve the confidential computing platform and security integrations.
• Guide ADRs, refinements, and technical documents to shape roadmaps.
• Ensure enterprise features are secure, scalable, and reliable.
