Role

Engineering Manager – Analytics & Insight

Vous dirigerez l’équipe Analytics and Insight responsable de la donnée et des produits de données utilisés par nos utilisateurs internes et externes pour prendre de meilleures décisions. Vous serez au cœur des décisions stratégiques et techniques, en définissant la roadmap produit pour les features analytics et en alignant stratégie technique et besoins métiers.

Missions

• Lead a team of 3–4 developers, ensuring the quality of deliverables, production, and team performance.
• Actively contribute to the development, operation, and support of analytics features and services.
• Leverage the team to establish and drive the technical vision in alignment with product goals.
• Define the analytics product strategy and roadmap based on data analysis and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision.
• Mentor, coach, and grow engineers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver the vision.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (ideally Python and SQL).
• Proven experience in team management and engineering mentorship.
• Strong understanding of high-usage, service-based architectures.
• Excellent ability to communicate ideas, technical plans, and strategies clearly and precisely.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical and product requirements and manage a product backlog (e.g., using Jira or similar).
• Experience with product analytics tools and a strong data-informed decision-making mindset.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
• Experience in project or product management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud architecture.
• Proven expertise with ETL-type systems.

Tech Stack

• 100% SaaS, deployed on Azure and GCP across 3 regions via GKE and AKS.
• Backend in Python, web frontend in TypeScript, and native mobile applications.
• PostgreSQL, Redis, and Pub/Sub for data and event management.
• Looker, BigQuery, DBT, Clickhouse, Pendo.
