IDEMIA Public Security in Osny, Île-de-France, is offering a six-month internship in its Biometrics Solutions & Technologies team. You will work on an embedded Linux OS used in secure environments, under guidance from experts in firmware, Linux, and cybersecurity.

You will integrate an HSM simulator into the build pipeline, develop and deploy automated tests on real devices with NFC/Bluetooth, and present results to technical teams in France and India.

Formación

• Currently studying at an engineering school.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and C programming.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and the Linux operating system.
• Familiarity with Yocto would be a plus.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Purpose

Join our Biometrics Solutions & Technologies team in Osny, within the product line dedicated to biometric terminals.

This innovative range includes access control solutions based on biometric technologies (fingerprint, vein recognition, contactless fingerprint and facial recognition) and/or badges, supported by powerful administration software. Our products are deployed worldwide in a variety of environments, including banks, airports, ports, corporate headquarters, casinos and businesses, both indoors and outdoors. Users interact with our products through a touchscreen and a network interface, providing a smooth and intuitive experience.

We are looking for an intern to join us as soon as possible for a six-month internship.

Key Missions

The internship aims to improve an embedded Linux operating system used in secure environments.

As an intern, you will work closely with experts in firmware development, embedded Linux and cybersecurity.
