You will participate in monthly reviews, assist budgeting, and support resource management under guidance. Fluency in English, basic accounting knowledge, and MS Office expertise are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum financial accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Team-player and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail with an organised approach.
• Willingness to adapt to AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly project review meetings with project managers.
• Monitor spend level relative to resource allocation and project health (delivery, scope, risks, issues, dependencies).
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting to C-level executives.
• Support annual capital allocation and budgeting processes.
• Follow up with IT managers on new demands and changes to profiling.
