Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will drive end-to-end engagements, nurture senior client relationships, and guide teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects.

You’ll oversee budgets of $1M+ and influence strategic growth within a global, fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Life Sciences consulting, proven leadership of large teams, and GTM/product-launch expertise.

• Proven track record leading large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Strong Go-to-Market, Brand Planning, Product Launch, and Omnichannel experience.

The Role

As an Engagement Manager in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate.

• Strategic Delivery: Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
• Account Leadership: Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
• People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
• Practice Building: Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry

• Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
• Domain Knowledge: Proven and recognised expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting, as well as the broader Life Sciences industry
• Mindset: A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Deep knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

• Total compensation: 85,000 - 170,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
