The CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, invites a Master’s student to support the General Secretariat of the New Energies Coalition in Marseille. You will help promote coalition initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across transportation and logistics sectors.

You will coordinate committees, draft documentation, create internal content for social media and the coalition website, manage meetings and notes, and use AI tools to boost research and synthesis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, International Relations, or related field.
• Experience in project management or coordination in international environments is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English; proficient with social media.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate committees and monitor cross-functional projects.
• Draft specifications, project documentation, and key deliverables.
• Create high-value content for internal channels, LinkedIn, and coalition website updates.
• Support day-to-day activities: document mgmt, meeting coordination, minute-taking.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, synthesis, and content creation.
• Conduct strategic and regulatory monitoring on energy transition topics.
