Position Summary

Energy All‑Source Analyst – produce intelligence on foreign energy infrastructures and support U.S. warfighter and national decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all‑source analytic production on foreign oil and gas systems, transmission and distribution networks, and related infrastructure.
• Deliver strategic‑level assessments and briefings tailored to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.
• Maintain high‑quality products under pressure and manage the complete production cycle.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts and mentor junior staff on analysis, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience producing all‑source intelligence analysis reports, briefings, and IC database inputs.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Able to develop high‑quality, policy‑ready deliverables for senior policymakers.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of all‑source analysis OR 7+ years of all‑source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a polygraph exam.

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience with energy systems, resources, or infrastructures such as electric power, oil and gas production, transmission, distribution, and reserves.
• Experience with network development tools and methods.
• Knowledge of oil and natural gas production and related infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.

Security Clearance

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to take a polygraph exam.

Compensation

Salary range: $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 per year (based on location, experience and other factors).
