Job summary

Ipsen is seeking an Endpoint Management Specialist to join the Global Workplace team. Hybrid working from London, UK, with responsibility for MECM-based endpoint management, OS imaging, and software distribution to large corporate environments.

The role combines technical depth with problem-solving and a customer-focused approach to deliver reliable, secure endpoint solutions aligned with Ipsen’s business objectives. Strong collaboration with IT services partners and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MECM, OS imaging, and software packaging.
• Knowledge of Intune, Azure VDI, and Defender EDR.
• Experience with IT asset management tools (ServiceNow, Flexera).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra AD and Office apps.
• English essential; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer and configure MECM in large corporate environments.
• Manage OS images, deployment, and Autopilot/OSD.
• Handle software distribution, packaging, patching and imaging.
• Provide third-level support and coordinate with vendors.
• Escalate and resolve tickets from service desk.
