As aEndoscopy Referent, You will be responsible for quality and safety on your unit. Working in an agile organisation with no block manager, you will form a team and work closely with your colleagues.strategic partnershipwith the Operating Theatre Referent.
Your role is twofold: to manage the endoscopy activity independently and to provide operational support for the overall coordination of the technical platform.
Your tasks will involve:
- Management of the Unit :Coordination of the programme between gastroenterologists, pulmonologists and anaesthetists.
- Hygiene expertise :Responsibility for the disinfection room (manual and automatic washing) and strict compliance with contact times.
- Risk Management :Monitoring microbiological controls and managing stocks of consumables (biopsy forceps, loops, clips).
- Inter-Pole Support :Working with the OR referent, optimise room occupancy and resource sharing (nurses/CAWs) to ensure continuity of care throughout the technical platform.
Profile required
- Holder of the Diplôme d'Etat d'Infirmier (IDE).IBODE specialisation is not required, but anin-depth knowledge of the endoscopy divisionis essential.
- You have solid experience in a technical environment and are familiar with the issues involved in disinfecting medical devices.
- People skills :You are a good listener, rigorous and collaborative. You'll be able to take the initiative to support your team-mates and make the HPSC's overall activity run more smoothly.
