Mirakl, Paris (Eiffel Tower area), is seeking a Master's student for a 12-month apprenticeship in Employer Brand. You will amplify our employer brand, manage social channels, and create employee content to showcase our expertise and culture.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and other teams, design engaging newsletters, organise tech-focused events, and help articulate Mirakl’s employee experience to a global audience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Amplify our Employer Brand: manage social media, community management, and presence on recruitment platforms.
• Create content with our employees: tech articles, video testimonials, employee portraits.
• Bring our internal communications to life: newsletters, team moments, daily employee experience.
• Organize events for the tech community: meetups, conferences, recruitment events and initiatives.
• Connect our teams: coordinate between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, Labs, and other departments.
