EasyMile in Toulouse is offering a 6-month IT internship focused on the deployment and adoption of connected AI agents. You will identify high-value use cases, connect agents to daily tools, and support adoption from prototype to measurable deployment.

The ideal candidate is a final-year Master’s student in AI, software engineering, or related field with hands-on experience in LLM/agent tooling, APIs and integrations, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira.

• Meaningful prior professional experience (apprenticeship, internship, freelance, or delivered projects).
• Hands-on experience with LLM/agent tooling, APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira.

Responsabilités

• Meet business teams to understand daily workflows and identify high-value use cases.
• Design and deploy AI agents connected to daily tools (Google Workspace, Jira, APIs).
• Run pilots with real users, gather feedback, and improve agent usefulness and integration quality.
• Define guardrails for permissions, data protection, quality, and human oversight with IT.
• Create demos, onboarding materials, and adoption metrics to embed agents in daily work.

Internship Context

EasyMile is accelerating the practical adoption of AI across the company. The Information Technology team works with business teams to turn everyday tools, knowledge, and workflows into more capable, connected employee experiences-while maintaining security, reliability, and clear governance.

The internship will help evangelize, pilot, and scale AI agents that augment employees in their daily work. The intern will identify high-value use cases with teams, connect agents to the tools and knowledge they already use, and support adoption from first prototype to measurable deployment. The expected impact is better employee leverage, faster access to knowledge, and more consistent execution across functions.

Missions / Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the intern will be involved in:

• Meet business teams to understand their daily workflows and identify high-value employee-augmentation use cases.

• Design and deploy AI agents connected to daily tools, such as Google Workspace, Jira, APIs, and internal knowledge bases.

• Run pilots with real users, gather feedback, and iteratively improve agent usefulness, reliability, and integration quality.

• Define practical guardrails for permissions, data protection, quality, and human oversight together with the IT team.

• Create demonstrations, onboarding materials, and adoption metrics to help teams confidently embed agents in their daily work.
