We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a logistics coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking activity, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with the team leader and center manager.

Job Description

The role involves a range of duties including:

  • Welcoming clients for deposits and withdrawals at the dock (loading and unloading cargo),
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email,
  • Tracking and resolving issues with undelivered packages (PODs) and delivery confirmations (DFUs),
  • Dispatching and coordinating shipments,
  • Monitoring the activity of subcontractors and providing support to the team leader,
  • Ensuring high-quality service standards,
  • Processing pre-invoice payments (DNED),
  • Completing reporting tasks related to activity, and
  • Managing various tasks related to the service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in transportation or logistics,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and internal systems,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities,
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, and
  • Physical aptitude for lifting and handling cargo.
Other Information

This is a full-time permanent position (35 hours per week) with varying hours from Monday to Friday (6:30 am - 11:30 am and 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm).
