Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Digital Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives within agriculture, agri-food, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of agricultural sourcing, contracting processes, crop planning, and grower relationship management.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, analytics solutions, automation tools, data-driven decision making, and emerging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating with digital, technology, and IT teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, build engagement, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Curiosity for innovation, digital trends, and Artificial Intelligence applications.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the EMENA Agriculture digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, local business needs, and global digital strategies.
• Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Agriculture, Agronomy, Contracting, and Supply Chain functions.
• Partner with business leaders, Global Digital teams, IT, and external partners to identify and implement high-value digital solutions.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable digital opportunities that improve efficiency, planning, and decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance grower engagement, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders to successfully execute complex projects and programs.
• Monitor project performance, user adoption, and value realization through relevant KPIs and success metrics.
• Support and lead change management activities, including communication, training, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and best practices to continuously improve business processes and capabilities.
• Act as the key digital partner for France while helping scale successful solutions across the broader EMENA region.
