Job summary

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composite materials, seeks a Sales Director EMEA - Industrial & New Defense. You will lead a regional sales team across Europe, drive long-term growth, and engage executive customers.

Based in France, Italy, or remotely in Europe, you will develop industrial strategy, negotiate multi-year contracts, and coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute strategy across Europe.
• Strong autonomy, problem-solving and results orientation.
• Excellent communication with Leadership teams in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive-level customers to enable sales growth.
• Coach the sales team to expand capabilities in engagement & negotiations.
• Negotiate and close long-term supply contracts with key accounts.
• Lead and manage the EMEA sales team, including budget and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop annual sales plans and drive short-term growth in New Defense.
