IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in EMEA with hybrid or remote options, focusing on growing new business and managing strategic accounts across Europe.

You will lead customer meetings, translate needs into value-driven solutions, and collaborate with Application, R&D and Product Management to roll out innovations. Travel up to 50% is expected in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Polymer Technology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of polymers/biopolymers and polymer-based applications.
• Proven experience in technical sales, account management or similar commercial roles.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target and secure new customers and opportunities across Europe, including Plastics and adjacent markets.
• Drive new business development while managing selected strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong, forecastable sales pipeline from lead to closure.
• Lead customer meetings and commercial discussions with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologies.
• Translate customer needs into value-driven proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Support commercial introduction of new innovations and monitor market trends.
• Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting through CRM.
