Colas France, a Bouygues group subsidiary, seeks a Category Lead EMEA&S to define and implement strategic category management across the EMEA&S region. You will coordinate with country procurement teams, drive cross-country synergies, and manage a €2.3B external spend.

Based in Paris, you will report to the Procurement Director EMEA&S. Key duties include supplier and stakeholder management, spend analysis, contract negotiation, and sustainability initiatives, with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Business, or Construction-related field.
• 10–15 years of strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Proven track record across multiple geographies.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (approx. 20–30%).
