We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our EMEA team and lead integrated marketing campaigns for one of the world’s largest FMCG brands.
This is a fast-paced regional role working across multiple markets (from the UK to South Africa and from Norway to the UAE), bringing together Strategy, Creative, Media, Social, Production and local agency teams to deliver outstanding work.
The role involves managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, partnering closely with clients and internal specialists across the EMEA region, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple markets and channels.
We embrace new ways of working and actively use AI to improve efficiency, simplify processes and deliver smarter solutions for our clients.
You will be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team where people trust one another, share ideas openly and work together to solve challenges. We're looking for someone who enjoys that kind of environment and naturally brings people together.
You're comfortable juggling five or six projects simultaneously while remaining calm, organised and focused.
You naturally create clarity, structure and momentum, even when working across multiple teams, markets and deadlines.
You enjoy working with people from different cultures, disciplines, levels and backgrounds. Whether it's creatives, strategists, producers, media specialists or clients, you're able to build trust, align different perspectives and keep everyone moving towards the same goal.
You don't spend time looking for who's responsible for a problem. You focus on finding solutions, bringing people together and keeping projects moving forward.
You anticipate needs, identify potential issues early and proactively drive projects without needing close supervision.
You're comfortable leading large-scale TV, digital and social production projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and balancing quality, timing and practical delivery considerations.
You enjoy working in an environment where success is shared, people help one another and great ideas can come from anywhere.
You're comfortable balancing creative ambition with practical delivery, making smart decisions around production, timelines and available resources while maintaining the highest quality standards.
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
