Airbus Commercial in Toulouse is seeking an entry-level Embedded Software Development Engineer to join the Avionics Software team. You will develop avionics real-time software under DO-178C with emphasis on safety, test, and integration on hardware platforms.

You will contribute to the software life cycle, from specification analysis to validation, while collaborating with the team to deliver compliant, reusable solutions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Embedded software skills for avionics
• Experience with real-time embedded development and certification (DO-178C)
• Proficiency in C for embedded context
• Knowledge of software engineering methods and tools (DevOps)
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Develop embedded real-time software from high-level spec to integration on hardware
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to propose reusable solutions
• Perform integration and verification using hardware and emulators
• Support activities: fault analysis and responding to technical requests
• Contribute to process improvements and scheduled delivery within constraints
• Define subcontracted activities and deliverables and manage schedule and quality
• Participate in department performance improvements
