Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks an entry-level Embedded Software Development Engineer to join the Avionics Software team. You will develop critical embedded real-time software for flight avionics, following stringent DO-178B/C processes and conducting end-to-end development from spec to hardware validation.

You will work in an agile organization, requiring strong communication, teamwork and bilingual English/French skills.

Qualifications

Embedded software skills for critical systems.
Real-time embedded software development for certification (DO178-C, DAL-A to E).
Programming in C within embedded contexts.
Software engineering methods and tools in a DEVOPS environment.
Open mindset, strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

Develop embedded real-time software following the development lifecycle from specification to integration and hardware validation.
Address customer needs and propose reusable, common solutions.
Perform integration and verification with hardware using probes, analyzers and emulators.
Support activities: analyze failure reports and respond to technical requests.
Improve processes and introduce new design solutions and technologies.
Manage subcontracted activities and deliverables per rules and schedules.
Contribute to department performance improvements.
