Jobtailor is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to develop and evolve a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and its interactions in an industrial setting. You will work on C/C++ software under Linux, contribute to UI design, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure robust, safe operation.

You will participate in tool testing, documentation, and team activities, applying English in technical communications and adhering to standards such as Modbus, ISO 15118 and OCPP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an embedded/software engineering role.
• Strong C/C++ and Linux proficiency.
• Solid TCP/UDP/IP communications over Ethernet knowledge.
• Familiarity with RS232, RS485, Ethernet, CAN buses and Modbus protocol.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ISO 15118 and OCPP protocols.
• Familiarity with Git and Jira.
