Alpine School District is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional for preschool, working 6.5 hours per week in a non-contract role with no benefits. The position supports the instructional program in the resource classroom and assists in implementing IEP/504 goals.

Responsibilities include adapting activities, assisting with student supervision, and performing clerical tasks to support teachers and staff. Requires completion of mandatory employee training within the first 3 months.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory employment training within first 3 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Adapts classroom activities, assignments and materials under supervision to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Administers first aid and medical assistance as directed to meet students' health needs.
• Assists with data collection to monitor student progress.
• Supports students with self-care activities to maintain personal hygiene.
• Provides instruction to students individually or in groups to reinforce learning concepts and meet academic goals.
