Job summary

IXO Inc. is seeking a Senior electronics quality specialist to review PCB CAM/Gerber data, assess SMT/AOI defects and counterfeit indicators.

You will interpret C-SAM, X-ray, die and package evidence within your area of expertise. Remote work is supported; candidates with strong IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 depth, CIS/CIT certification preferred, and 8+ years of hands-on electronics quality experience are ideal.

Qualifications

• 8 years hands-on electronics quality experience
• Deep IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge
• AS6081 counterfeit screening, C-SAM/X-ray, MIL-STD-883 familiarity preferred

Background and scope

Senior electronics quality

Review PCB assembly, wire harness and semiconductor-package quality scenarios.

• Preferred:8 years hands-on electronics quality/CAM/failure analysis; IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 depth, with CIS/CIT certification strongly preferred.


• Gerber/CAM, SMT/AOI, AS6081 counterfeit screening, C-SAM/X-ray and MIL-STD-883 knowledge appropriate to the assignment.


• Remote; US location preferred rather than required.

Track pay

Track pay: $74 $126/hr USD.
