Job summary

Valeo Étaples-sur-Mer is seeking an Electronics Engineer (Hardware) to develop and validate electronic hardware for powertrain solutions. You will work closely with production and design teams, define specifications, and drive hardware integration and testing in a hands-on environment.

The candidate should hold a Master’s in Electronic Engineering and have at least 3 years of hardware development experience, including PDCA/8D problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electronic Engineering with hands-on hardware experience.
• Proven problem-solving methods such as PDCA and 8D.
• Experience with high-voltage products (DC/DC converters, OBCs, inverters) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications and adapt electronic architectures to meet customer needs.
• Perform hardware integration of electronic subassemblies and validate with tests.
• Define test plans (functional, environmental, EMC) and ensure product compliance.
• Lead impact analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Present findings in internal and client meetings.
