Responsabilités

• Ensure validation of display systems from design to production ramp-up.
• Develop test protocols and characterization tools.
• Manage design, manufacturing, and delivery of products.

Connaissances

Expertise in display technologies (CMOS, video interfaces, applied optics)

Skills in electronics & PCB design (CAD, debugging)

Proficiency in Python

Knowledge of instrumentation

Technical English: minimum level C1

Formation

Display Engineer M/F – Permanent Contract

Location: Champagnier – France

Department: Development / R&D – Display

As part of its technological and industrial development, Aledia is recruiting a Display Engineer M/F to contribute to the design, validation and industrialization of its innovative display systems.

Your role

Working directly with the hardware and software development teams, you will ensure the complete validation of display systems, from design to production ramp-up.

You act as a technical advisor on electronic, optical, software and systems aspects, both internally and with customers and partners.

Your main missions

Validation & Characterization Of Displays

• Development of test protocols and characterization tools
• Electrical and optical validation of prototypes and systems
• Hardware/software debugging, performance analysis, reporting

Production & Management Of Demonstrators

• Management of design, manufacturing, delivery
• Analysis of customer feedback, continuous improvement
• Development of specific hardware/software solutions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collection and analysis of data from tests
• Writing clear technical reports for stakeholders

Technology Watch

• Monitoring innovations in the field of display
• Sharing trends and new tools with teams

Your profile

Education & Experience

• Bac+5 minimum in electronics, optoelectronics, industrial computing or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in the display or imager field

Technical Skills

• Expertise in display technologies (CMOS, video interfaces, applied optics)
• Skills in electronics & PCB design (CAD, debugging, compliance with design rules)
• Proficiency in the Python language (development of automated test benches)
• Knowledge of instrumentation (additional asset)
• Technical English: minimum level C1

Know-how

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Autonomy, rigor, spirit of initiative
• Ability to transmit technical knowledge

Constraints & work environment

• Possible work in clean room and laboratory
• Travel to several sites in France or abroad
• Collaborations with interlocutors in different time zones
