Overview

Electronics Design Leader

Location: Créteil – On-site initially, then up to 2 days of remote work per week

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI), freelance, or umbrella company

Availability: Starting September (no later than one month after)

Salary: €50k–€55k annually or €400–€450 / day for freelancers

Languages: Fluent English required (French only needed for comprehension)

What We Offer

We’re hiring an Electronics Design Leader to oversee the electronic design of innovative products. You’ll be responsible for component selection, PCB routing, schematic drafting, and lab validation, working closely with mechanical, software, and systems teams.

Your role is pivotal: you’ll define the electronic development plan, guide the team through deliverables, and ensure each phase complies with internal and client quality processes.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and client requirements and ensure compliance
• Select the most suitable components and design solutions
• Produce and justify electronic schematics using calculations, simulations, and tests
• Define validation benches and tools needed for production
• Coordinate cross-functional interactions (project, mechanical, software, validation, procurement)
• Apply and enforce the electronic development process
• Monitor the development plan and ensure project timelines are met
• Lead the electronics team and ensure high-quality deliverables

Technical Environment

• Technologies: Electronic design (component selection, routing, sizing, lab validation)
• Domains: Display technologies, video interfaces, microcontrollers, low-power supplies (DCDC, LDO, PMIC), high-speed signals (Gbps)
• Tools: Electronics Lab, Zuken, PLM

Desired Profile

Education & Experience :

• Master’s degree or engineering school (Bac +5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic design for complex, multidisciplinary products
• Strong command of English is essential
