Mondelez International Inc. in Besançon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain production equipment, following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and applying technical skills to improve line performance for safety, quality and cost targets.

You will execute standard work with AM/PM practices, participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and loss reduction, and ensure safety and quality assurance on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM/AM/PM maintenance methods.
• Fluent reading and writing in the site language.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Execute standard work using AM and PM maintenance.
• Contribute to shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis and loss reduction.
• Support safety and quality assurance activities on the line.
