Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance specialist to operate and maintain equipment, building technical mastery while driving safety, quality, cost and delivery goals. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, support new product development, and ensure QA activities are performed. A proactive role in shutdowns and loss reduction is required.

The role emphasizes leading standard work with a PDCA approach and sustaining improvements across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the ability to maintain equipment at basic conditions.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong capability to lead a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
• Ensure safety processes are observed and that quality assurance activities are performed.
• Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, breakdown elimination and loss reduction.
