INOCEL, a French company in the hydrogen energy sector, seeks an Electrical Systems Engineer to contribute to the electrical architecture of next-generation fuel cell power systems. You will design, integrate and validate electrical systems connecting fuel cells, PCU, energy storage, BoP, cooling and plant control in a safe, reliable stationary solution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical system design for industrial or stationary equipment.
• Experience with generator sets, industrial automation, power conversion, renewables or BESS is highly desirable.
• Experience with fuel cells or hydrogen systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the electrical architecture of the fuel cell power generation system, including the PCU, fuel cell module, energy storage and BoP.
• Design electrical wiring architecture, cable routing, harnesses, power distribution, protection, grounding, and interfaces.
• Specify and select key electrical equipment (power converters, inverters, DC/DC converters, contactors, breakers, sensors, transformers).
• Define electrical interfaces with PLC, HMI, power electronics, cooling, instrumentation, and customer installation.
• Prepare electrical schematics, interface docs, electrical specs and Bills of Materials.
• Support supplier selection and review technical proposals for compliance with project needs.
• Participate in equipment integration, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EMC, insulation coordination and international standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical integration practices and product performance.
