Job summary

Skyray, based in Lyon, France, seeks an Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and technical review of utility-scale PV and battery storage projects across Europe. You will perform electrical studies, grid connection analyses and support project delivery.

Join a multinational engineering team; you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe, develop your power-system modelling skills, and support client and supplier discussions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–5 years post-graduation experience in electrical studies and design.
• Experience in design offices, engineering consultancy, EPC or energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical studies, single-line diagrams and technical docs.
• Size cables, calculate voltage drops and losses, assist earthing and protection studies.
• Contribute to equipment selection and interfaces for PV and storage installations.
• Support grid connection studies and power-system modelling with senior staff.
• Collaborate across European offices to ensure deliverable quality and traceability.
