Mane Energy in Paris is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a major construction project in the data centre sector. The role emphasizes on-site delivery, coordination with BIM teams and subcontractors, and handover activities.

The candidate should have 5-7 years with an electrical contractor, strong on-site engineering experience, and familiarity with IFC docs, Navisworks, BIM coordination, and Primavera P6. Data centre exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience with a recognised electrical contractor.
• Strong electrical construction/site engineering experience.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and IFC documentation.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of modularisation/off-site fabrication would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the delivery and coordination of electrical systems on site.
• Reviewing IFC drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Managing RFIs and technical queries.
• Coordinating with BIM teams and supporting Navisworks/BIM processes.
• Managing technical submittals and approvals.
• Supporting procurement, material take-offs and delivery schedules.
• Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors.
• Monitoring engineering activities against the project programme.
• Supporting QA, validation, commissioning and handover.
• Developing and managing Construction Work Packs.
• Supporting BIM priorities, modularisation and fabrication information.
• Assessing subcontractor and supplier returns for technical compliance.
• Providing engineering progress information and supporting project reporting.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers.
