Responsibilities

• Manage sales and/or trading activity in core European government Bonds (5–10 years maturity). Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and hedge funds. Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and execution strategies. Monitor European macroeconomic developments and their impact on sovereign debt markets. Work closely with research, strategy, and syndicate teams to deliver integrated client coverage. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in fixed income sales or trading, ideally focused on European government Bonds.
• Strong understanding of sovereign debt markets, interest rate dynamics, and European macroeconomics.
• Established network of institutional clients across Europe.
• Ability to provide both market color and value-added trade ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive and execution discipline.
