Job summary

Saft, a TotalEnergies subsidiary, seeks an Editorial Manager to lead and develop its corporate content within Corporate Communications. You will guide the editorial strategy, oversee content production in English and French, manage a two-person team and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to tell Saft’s stories across channels.

You will translate complex topics into engaging narratives for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and editorial quality

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading.
• Strong understanding of U.S. audiences and communication norms.
• 10+ years in editorial, corporate communications or related roles in international settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team while remaining hands-on in content creation.
• Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Comfort with a range of editorial and digital formats; basic video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Saft's editorial strategy and guidelines.
• Build and manage editorial calendar across Corporate Communications and Divisions.
• Turn technical topics into clear, accessible stories for multiple audiences.
• Create, edit and oversee content in English and French for internal and external channels.
• Manage a two-person editorial team; set priorities and foster development.
• Coordinate with external agencies and content providers as needed.
• Collaborate with Press, Social Media, Events and MarCom teams for consistency.
