A leading energy services company is seeking an experienced E&I Construction Manager to oversee onshore and offshore operations in Angola. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of solid experience in Oil & Gas and demonstrates strong management skills with local teams. You will be responsible for site preparation, task allocation, and ensuring compliance with QHSE regulations in a rotational mode position.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore or Offshore.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Good knowledge of E&I equipment and tools.

Responsabilités

• Site preparation including materials and logistics.
• Preparation of job cards based on a schedule.
• Monitoring hours and reporting.
• Compliance with QHSE regulations.

Location

This position is located ONSHORE & OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4

Responsibilities

• Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel)
• Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization
• Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO)
• Monitoring hours / reporting
• Distribution of daily tasks
• Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board)
• Compliance with QHSE regulations
• Document management
• Precom - Com - Red Markups

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor / E&I Construction Manager with solid experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore or Offshore.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Management of local teams (Angolans).
• Ability to organize and allocate tasks according to the schedule and job cards.
• Good knowledge of E&I equipment and tools / tube fitting.
