Stellantis is seeking an Electric & Electronics Validation Project Leader to manage the Electrical & Electronics Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for vehicle projects, modules or powertrains, and to lead the technical team delivering validation activities.

You will coordinate validation execution across the project lifecycle, ensure deliverables meet objectives and collaborate with engineering teams to drive system integration and validation in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, System Integration, Validation Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project management and team leadership in automotive/E&E domains.
• Strong teamwork, rigor, and autonomous delivery ownership.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage the Electrical & Electronics Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for vehicle projects.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure validation deliverables meet project objectives, milestones, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to the project team and stakeholders.
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team involved in validation activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams to support system integration and validation.
• Drive issue resolution and risk management related to validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies.
