Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager for E‑commerce Back‑Office Support in Levallois-Perret. You will bridge E‑commerce business teams and IT Centers of Excellence to ensure operational excellence and orchestrate data flows across orders, payments, stocks, and master data.

Responsibilities include incident management, drafting Functional Specification Documents, QA/UAT, and stakeholder facilitation to align technical and business visions for the Europe Zone.

Qualifications

• Significant IT Business Analyst experience, ideally in E-commerce or large IT integration projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Fluent Commerce is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of major E-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus) is a major asset.
• Solid experience in IT project support and incident management.
• Proficiency with Confluence and ServiceNow for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single entry point for the Back-Office scope and orchestrate data flows (orders, payments, stocks, master data).
• Lead resolution of incidents and conduct proactive monitoring for stability and performance.
• Draft Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and coordinate with business and IT teams.
• Plan and execute QA/UAT, and report system health and progress to stakeholders.
