Nordstrom Rack is seeking team members in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment departments at our store in France. Roles involve assisting customers, cashiering, fitting room support, stock organization, and using store technologies.

The position requires flexibility to work across areas and a focus on a clean, welcoming shopping experience. Pay ranges are provided in line with state-specific laws, and benefits cover medical/vision/dental plans, retirement options, and paid time away.

Responsabilités

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready, and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile), including operating a point-of-sale system.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting/returning clothing to the floor.
• Create a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor.
• Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote initiatives like our Nordstrom Rewards program.
