You will be flexible to support other properties as required within your area, adhere to brand standards, safety regulations, and local procedures, and coach team members to achieve consistent performance.

Responsabilités

• Drive overall engagement and product quality of hotel operation by managing and coordinating activities to maximise performance, profitability and ROI.
• Create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and brand standards.
• Roster to business needs and comply with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 to ensure efficiencies.
