Qualifications

• Strong professional coding or software engineering expertise.
• Fluent Dutch language skills and ability to discuss complex technical topics.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical solutions and code.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, OOP, secure coding, or distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and coding challenges in Dutch.
• Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, and coding quality.
• Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Identify and document model failure modes with detail for analysis.
• Explain technical reasoning clearly and document findings in a reproducible manner.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning, coding performance, and evaluation methodologies.
